My name is Luis Lugo, I was born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y. (Williamsburg) I come from a large family of 9 sisters, and 1 brother. Taking pictures was a part of life for us, my father had a movie camera, and a 110 film camera with the round and square bulbs on them, then my sisters moved up to Polaroids, and disk cameras, then eventually they graduated to 35mm cameras, which is where I found my passion for photography.
